This being tumbled may not be as slippery when wet but marble is one of the worst to walk on with wet feet or the surface wet.
If you are not sure rinse the floor thoroughly with plenty amount of water and then dry it with the help of a cloth or a map. Marble is easily etched by acidic materials such as lemon and certain cleaning products. The marble itself will not become slippery. For example if you dye your hair in a marble shower the dye can stain your shower floor.
Any smooth surface will be slippery if your feet are wet. If anything it will become more rough from wear by feet and water and therefore less slippery with use. In addition to adding traction with a shower mat adhesive treads or anti slip formulas it s a great idea to install a grab bar in your shower to catch your balance if you ever feel yourself starting to slip. Make sure you install a safety bar.
The reason for this is that they instantly give the small space an elegant look. Marble is easy to clean with windex but i would have to warn you that it is slippery when wet. Before doing that make sure that there are no soup marks on the floor which really makes the surface slippery. When polished marble can be a dangerously slick and slippery surface.

Because it s a soft stone marble is very absorbent. We have had marble around a tub shower and on the floor and other walls in that room for 27 years and it is the easiest bathroom to care for we have other than the acrylic one in the attic. Well if it has become slippery then the only reason i can see why it would is a build up of soap scum or some other film.
